Weekend Getaway

Welcome readers!!! Thanks for dropping in. I'd like to share my favorite weekend getaway... makes me smile just thinking about it. 

This top secret location has emerald green water, white sandy beaches, shopping, and much more.  I know the suspence is mounting..... and the winner is... Destin, Fl.

Why, you might ask, is this my favorite getaway? For starters, Destin is only a two hour drive from our home. I don't know who appreciates this more, my husband (driver), my very, very, very active 1 year old son, or me (server, entertainer,etc).  Another thing that makes Destin great, is they have soooo much to do there.

BUT....

My all time favorite place to visit in Destin is the Harbor. I LOOOOOVE it there.

The sights and sounds, of the habor, always make my getaway complete. 

  I've never had the pleasure of staying here at the Habor (sad face).

But....

One day I plan on checking in...
